Katrina Crocker, CEO

Katrina has always had a passion for art and design. She attended Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL with a focus on illustration. During this time, she worked part-time for a non-profit organization. She got her experience in Marketing by working for Inc 500 company, Galaxy Marketing, first as lead designer and then as the Vice-President of Operations. Katrina brings a fresh, fun and optimistic viewpoint into Do Good Creative. 


Victoria Crocker, COO

Victoria graduated with majors in both Botany and Business from the University of New Hampshire. She opened a Garden Center and Landscape Business on Cape Cod, MA.  For 23 years she managed the marketing and promotion of the company, building it into a $2 million dollar business. She sold her business in 2000 and opened a Landscape Design company that created many innovative designs in the Cape Cod area. In 2004, she sold her design business and moved to the Clearwater, FL area to work for a non-profit organization. She brings strong organizational skills and marketing experience to Do Good Creative.


Merry Shaw, Director of Production

Merry is the one who keeps everything running smoothly. She has years of experience in the marketing field, from marketing cellular phones to software to dentists. She is optimistic, hard-working and an all around go-getter! Plus she has a fantastic eye for style and design (and Antiquing!). 


Marcelle La Cour, Graphic Designer

Marcelle has been an artist since she could pick up a crayon. She has studied all styles of art, including mastering oil painting under a current master. She loves graphic design and is fantastic at understanding what a client wants – and gets it delivered! We couldn't live without her hard work and passion.


Shay Mossing, Graphic Designer

Shay brings tons of fun and laughter to the office. We call her "the girl who gets things done!". She loves graphic design and anything artistic. She is great at persisting on a project until it is perfect and the client is happy. 


Beth Thompson, Website Designer

Beth has years of experience in marketing and design. She has always been an entrepreneur at heart and loves all things business. She made her start in corporate america, but soon realized she loved the freedom creating her own path. She designs all of our websites at Do Good Creative, and she is a super problem solver! Give her any website project, and she can get it done!

Juliette Denis, Community Manager

Juliette is our Community Manager, or "social butterfly". She works on our Instagram account to make sure everyone gets answered and she also finds awesome people and companies to follow and engage with. She has built our passionate and mighty community on Instagram, and we love learning, supporting and getting inspired from them every day. Juliette also has spent years perfecting her circus and dance skills, she's a pro at aerial silk (ribbon acrobatics) and contortion!
